When you're happy—we're happy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know! We love hearing your feedback—the good, the bad and the ugly—we're always looking for new ways to improve.

If you'd like to return an item, just send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price! (Minus shipping, handling, gift wrap and other such costs.) We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and packaging intact. Swimwear returns must be in their original condition with hygienic liner and tags attached. Spanx will not accept returns for any item(s) missing hygienic liners or hang tags or with damaged packaging.

  • •   A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order.
  • •   If you are returning a gift, the original purchaser will be credited.
  • •   Items ordered from cannot be returned to land-based stores that sell Spanx products.
