Customer Requested Cancellations
We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible, and because of this, our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. After you have clicked "Place Order," we are unable to cancel or change your order upon request. If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our Return Instructions.
Unfortunately some orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for number of different reasons. Some of these reasons are:
- The item is unavailable
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Invalid or expired promo code or gift card
- Inability to ship to address provided
- Duplicate order
If your order is cancelled, you should receive an e-mail regarding your cancellation. Don't worry, you will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on www.spanx.com.
