I wanted to use this as a tummy smoothing strapless bra. The bra part fit nicely (I'm a chubby 36b) but there is absolutely no structure, boning, or rubberized elastic in the body, so the tummy was all wrinkly, and the body rolled up. Would NOT stay flat or smooth at all. The pictures look like it has boning, or a thicker fabric in the front to keep everything smooth, but it is just the stretchy fabric. I returned this item.

Rated 3 out of 5 by TallahassieLassie1314 Camisole is a plus but -
I am looking for a Camisole like the Bootsie-Yay BUT without the hooking bra back.
First of all unless you have help there is no way to hook the band yourself.
Secondly, I wouldn't be wearing this unless I wanted a smooth back, but with the strap options.
Thirdly, I would like the back lower for options as well.
No one is making this. Please make a smooth back strapless camisole.

I ordered this to (hopefully) wear under my wedding dress to hide my 'pooch' tummy area. It fits great while I'm standing up, but once I sit down it begins rolling up. I'm 5'4 and this hits me right at my hips when it's pulled down all the way. I tried it on under my wedding dress and it gave my dress a crease right at the bust/rib cage line. If I'm not constantly pulling it down it kind of scrunches up in the tummy area. It's alright if you are wearing it with pants that it can be tucked in to, but I would not suggest buying it to go under a dress.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MeinCanada Almost There!
I really like this product and the fit I found perfect. Just make sure and go by your bra size. The only reason why I gave the product a 3 star instead of a 5 is the panel down the front. It's not comfortable and bunches up making for lumps when I sit or bend over. It also is visible under tight clothing (think boning). I would much prefer it without the panel like the other shaping cami's. This would give it a smoother finish. Its almost there!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Faustina A must-have for boatneck summer fashions!
Since I don't want brassiere straps showing when I wear boatneck or slitneck summer tops, Boostie-Yay! is the perfect solution. This camisole provides great support; it also smooths visible lumps and bumps. Before this garment, I would wear the Bra-cha-cha with a Spanx strapless camisole from years past. This innovation solves all of my problems with one undergarment. I would recommend this product without reservation! Thank you, Spanx, for making dressing well effortless!

I will be sending this back. Like the other reviewers the sizing is not right. I have an apple shaped body the cup size was right but it was way to tight around the middle and was ridding up. I think these should be sized for the larger woman who needs this type of support. I am 5'3 and 160lbs.
The thin woman does not need this support. Love spanx but not this style.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DD52 Perfect fit for my 5'10" body
I love the Boostie-Yay! Camisole, I am 5'10" and over 50 years old. The bra fits perfectly. I have worn this with regular placement of the straps and also crisscrossed the straps in the back. Very comfortable and everything stays in place. The Boostie-Yay! Camisole does seem suited for a long torso. I purchased the XL size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SuperAlto Good idea, needs more customizable sizing
After having two kids, even size 2 women can acquire a little bit of flab around the belly. It's not a issue when wearing normal clothing, but as a singer I sometimes perform in form-fitting evening gowns. For years I wore a long-line strapless bra, which created a roll of flesh below it, and a high-waisted Spanx panty to squish down the roll, but I decided recently that it would be much more convenient to find a one-piece undergarment. This bodysuit fits the bill. However, because it's sold by cup size, I find that the appropriate size for my bust (Medium, because I wear a 32D) is not as tight as I would like in the waist or around the rib cage. I tried the S/M in the camisole version of this, and the waist and ribcage area felt right, but the cups were definitely too small. If there was a way to separately size the cups (M) and the rest (XS or S), it would be perfect. The length is comfortable on me (I was concerned after reading other reviews, because I am a long-waisted 5'4"). I will still keep this, because even though it doesn't squeeze my tummy in as much as I would like, it does provide support on top and keeps the flab from showing.
