Rated 4 out of 5 by OstomyPatient I use this product with a urostomy appliance at night
I have a urostomy appliance that I wear 24/7. Except for sleeping, I use stretch underwear made for my need that has a pocket sewn in it to help support the appliance and the waste in the appliance. At night, I have to connect a drain line from my appliance to a reservoir on the floor and I sleep in the Spanx men's slim-waist boxer brief. I purchased one size smaller than I usually wear to get the support I need to hold my appliance in place at night.
I'd love to see Spanx expand into the ostomy specialized market. I've got some great ideas for Spanx!!! Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RHerrera Perfect when paired w/ Spanx Zoned Performance Tank
Yes, it could roll down. I went a size smaller and mated it with the Spanx
Zoned Performance Tank over it. It was great,. Great support. PERFECT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by WP0331 Great briefs; comfortable and good back support
Decided to give these a try and glad I did. So far I have not experienced the rolling waist band, but then again, I don't have much of a waist/bulge and I live far from a sedentary life style. I was more interested in the back support which it seems to provide very well so I'm stoked. As another reviewer mentioned, these are pretty expensive, or I'd have a whole drawer full of these.
I did notice that the hems on the bottom are starting to fray a bit but it doesn't impact overall performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Salzy Did not have problems with the waist band folding over.
I found the fit to right on. The fit is very comfortable and also seem to help my chronic bad back.My only complant is the prices seem to be a little high.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SPANXfan1 Waistband is a non starter
The waistband is a novel idea, but does not work in practice. If you are doing anything but standing straight up, such as bending or sitting it folds over on itself, creating an unsightly fold under your shirt and not really holding anything back. The 'pouch' is also not very well designed as compared to the other SPANX boxer brief line with the 3-D pouch. I am not obese, but do have a few inches to lose around the waist, so your mileage may vary.
