After surgery, my doctor recommended I buy SPANX. If I had a perfect body, as the model in the picture who doesn't need SPANX, then I think they would work better for me. The legs ride up and the top fits awkwardly; every time I bend over, the top folds over. Additionally, my pants ride down constantly because of the slick material of the SPANX. I suppose it is a good product, it just doesn't work for me.

The briefs worked fairly well. I wish that they came up an additional 2" to hide more of the love handles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gary The trunks help to take a little bit of me away that I would rather not have.
I was generally pleased with this product. Nice and strong support in my thighs and the material doesn't roll up.
They also make my butt look fantastic. They smooth away all those little indentations in my buttocks.
Last but not least who can forget about the front pouch. The trunks lift and support the area wonderfully instead of squashing the boys like all other underwear do. Whoever created the sewn in cup like feature is a genious. I am a big guy down there and I am very pleased with the wonderful design and fit. Normally when I come home from work I can't wait to take off my underwear to get some relief from the pinching and binding.
How ironic that it took a woman to figure out how to make a great pair of men's underwear?
I only wish it went up my tummy a bit further (2 or 3 inches) as it always rolls down to my waist area.

Although it does what it claims to do, the design is horrible. If you are standing up 100% of the time, it works awesome(not likely, but if you decide to bend over even slightly or sit down; the spanxs will roll down every single time making it extremely uncomfortable.
Your reducing love handles magic trick becomes a disaster when as it rolls down, makes the line bellow your waist so tight that you look like you tried to fit into an extra small tight jeans. As you can imagine trying to fix it when you have already tucked your undershirt and dressing shirt in is a nightmare, and there is not quick fix for it (believe me i tried it) you will have to go to the nearest bathroom and almost undress yourself to have it fixed.
I really wish that spanxs would do something like a wrestling outfit style spaxs for men so we can move freely without the annoying rolling spaxs.
