Rated 5 out of 5 by Maddancer best multifunctional garment!
These sheers look beautiful, control without pinching or squeezing and protect inner thigh without thick fabric. The upper portion stays put, doesn't roll down like others do. I've worn them several times, lightly hand washed and hung to quickly dry. I'm ordering 3 more pairs in different shades!

Rated 4 out of 5 by stefanie Hi Power Sheers
I just bought another pair of Spanx Hi Power Sheers, for about $36--it was at a Lane Bryant near a business meeting with other women. My only problem--these Hi Power ones were a bit overpriced and hole tears were acquired in the crotch areas after a few hours. They did look beautiful on my legs and many told me so, wanting to know the brand and where I bought them at! I have been wearing pantyhose for years since a teenager, and have recently fully transitioned to gender status. I'm lucky to have a job I can wear Spanx all day long with a beautiful dress. My friends down south in and around ATL wear Spanx constantly(they were the ones who introduced me to them a few years back). Like other reviewers, I cannot live a work day without a pair of hose on--Spanx Hi Power Sheers do keep me going and help make me proud to be a classy female. By the way Spanx customer service and online ads are the greatest--Thank you for treating me well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Loyal2fault This product has some great features but needs improvement in the stocking leg.
I am writing to ask that you improve the sheers for the cost of the hose. It appears that they are not as durable as they were when you first started. Often, I have gotten hose that have already have runs. When I try to return, I am hasseled about it from the Spanx store as well as Dillards.
Because there is not a store where i live, it might be over a month when I try to return.
I have been loyal and spent a fortune buying this product. I think the sheers need to improve or I will be moving on to try something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TheTamedTummy Perfect for my needs
I am a 63 year old female who has had a tummy tuck and flank liposuction to improve the fit of most clothes. My surgeon recommended spanx-like products for six weeks following surgery. This product is perfect! I needed a high waist product to cover the flanks and belly button. The tummy taming panel provided the necessary level of support as underlying sutures healed. And when I was able to return to work and wear dresses the double gusset kept me from having uncomfortable disrobing to use the restroom. And, so far, the hosiery is very durable, and I hope will be long lasting.

Rated 2 out of 5 Poor construction
These tights fit great, and were super high: I could pull them almost all the way to my armpits! :-) However, if a slight snag happened, it basically ripped a hole in them. I accidentally got a zipper next to the first pair I tried and had to remove them after only about 5 minutes of wear. The second pair (put on immediately after the first one) was fine all evening until the end. I accidentally scraped one side with the heel of the opposite shoe. What happened? That's right: a hole. Later, I snagged my ring on that pair. While a hole didn't form, it was thinned out at that spot. I had to throw away 2 pairs on the first night I tried to wear them. I have 8 more pairs left! :-(

This item creates a lovely look but the quality is poor. One snag created a hole and wide run quickly at a semi formal event. So like other reviews plan to take a couple extra pair which makes this item quite expensive.

Wore these for 6 hours and had a hole in both toes. What a waste of money! Loved the invisible color and fit. Will not purchase again.

I have spent more money on spanx than I have on dress pants in the past 2 years. At $28-$32 a pop - I expect a quality of product that I can put on in the morning and wear past noon. Ten wash and wear cycles would be good. But inevitably I can't leave the house before they've snagged way too easily or for seemingly no reason at all - it's very infuriating. I HAVE notice the tights will hold up, but I wish there was more of a nude colored tight. It's a problem and they need to address it --- years ago they're quality was much better - I could get several wash and wears (maybe 4-5) out of a pair, it's like there was a manufacturing change - and it it's been poor quality with the sheers ever since. If you're planning to wear them for a special event - you better bring along a couple of pairs just to make it through the day... sad - but very, very, very true.
