I like this bra a lot except for one thing. I hate the cups of the bra. They are unnaturally shaped, making it look like my boobs reside on the upper part of my chest, 'looking' upward. I hate, hate, hate that unnatural look! This looks like a good bra for the middle 1950s. Is this made in a softer, more naturally shaped cup?
Besides that, one other improvement could be made in the bras for plus-sized women: increase coverage from the mid-armpit area to the shoulder bra strap to eliminate back/armpit muffin top.

I love this bra, supportive and so comfortable. I won't wear any other bra since I purchased my Bra-vo!

I measure 38" under my bust, but I'm now buying a size 42 to get a correct fit, that also means I'm buying bras with heaver hooks than I need and which I don't like. Please check your quality control.

I am on the fence on recommending this product. I love the back of the bra.The front and the straps are another story. Numerous times I have had the front of the bra come unhooked. The straps also come unhooked. Very embarassing at work. I had to get undressed in the restroom to get everything hooked back up. Maybe I should try a larger size. It would be nice if Spanx would offer us some type of discount offer on another bra. It was not a cheap bra and I usually only get 2 a year. I've been buying my bras at Spanx for years and have never had this problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by AtlMom3 The idea is good
I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. I have experienced the problem of everything coming unhooked if I move certain ways. I also have the problem of the edge of the cups curling a bit and showing under my shirts. I hand wash and hang dry my bras and I feel they have not aged well over the year. I will continue to wear them because they also minimize projection and that works under many of my button up shirts, until I find a substitute.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Susan76 Way too much flab showing
I really wanted to like this bra. I have worn SHAPEEZ for 15 years and love them! Spanx stores were close so I decided to try. First, I hated the front closure. With my Shapeez bra, I just need to lift it over my head which eliminates the hooks in the front. While it was great that Spanx decided to create this bra, the design is flawed. It does smooth back fat in the middle of your back but underneath arm pits there is no coverage. So all the smoothing pushes flab out underneath the armpits and out underneath the band. Shapeez has a variety of bras to choose from. There is a bra that allows you to wear a tank shirt..cut low enough but provides full coverage in all areas. Spanx needs to redesign this. Until then, I am staying with the best back smoothing bra out there..SHAPEEZ.
