I like these very much, and I will keep them. They are great for casual wear, but the waistband rolls down during workout at the gym. It may be because I am very short in the rise (length from crotch to waistband), so I am still looking for the perfect workout crop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Salinwa Good workout pants
I bought these because my trainer said it was hard for her to see my form in baggy pants when strength training. I wanted a high waist pant and these are high. It has been years since I've worn anything so form fitting but I easily got use to these. They are not hard to put on and they are easy to get off. They are very light weight so they are also my weigh-in pants for WW. I like them enough that I am looking to get a second pair. Being that it's been so warm here I think I will get the 'knee pant'.
I am 5 foot 2.5 inches tall and currently 163 lbs. They are a little long but it's a good long. They are snug but not at all restrictively tight. The extra length gives me a comfortable bend in the knee and doesn't slide down at the hips and it stays high on the waist ~ if that makes sense. My 4 star rating, I think, has more to do with cost than anything. Maybe also as I continue to lose weight I will be happier with how clothes fit on me. I must say, the more weight I lose the more I like these pants ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Killian Really comfortable for a compression smoother
Clothes drape beautifully over these smothers. I wear them under riding britches and they improve fit and smooth out figure flaws. I also wear them under trousers at work. They act as a lining that most clothes lack today. I will continue to purchase these for almost any occasion.

I purchased these pants in September and have worn them only a few times and the seam in the back have already ripped. I really liked the way they fit and feel but for the amount of money I paid for them I expected them to last a lot longer. I have several pairs of workout pants by Nike, UA and Reebok (some of which I've owned a lot longer than the Spanx) and they have not ripped and I paid less for them!
I would have rated these pants a lot higher had they not already ripped at the seams because I really loved the way they fit.

by spanxter021611 Still the best yoga pants. Ever.
I wrote a review for these in January, 2013 and am still going strong. I literally wear them all the time. They're a staple on weekends - and not just at the gym. Now that activewear has basically crossed over into the loungewear/lifestyle category I can justify wearing these to run errands, go shopping, out to lunch, whatever. They're great for actually being active, too (again, not just at the gym). I wore them practically everywhere on a trip to Costa Rica - zip lining (saved my legs from a very chafe-y harnass) and riding ATVs down dirt roads (saved at least half of me from getting completely caked in dirt and dust - I'm talking every pore) and last fall I wore them when we hiked up Stone Mountain! I should stop calling them yoga pants, though. I don't actually do yoga.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Acme77 The perfect running "partner"
I bought these compression pants as a treat to myself. I have recently started running. I participated in my first 5k and they were perfect! They hold you in just enough. They definitely minimized my jiggling so I wasn't as self conscious. I would strongly recommend these for running as the compression is just right.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mags Not for outside wear
I just received my first spanx product. Couldn't wait for it to arrive. I ordered the compression knee pants based on many of the reviews. I wish I had listened to the few that said the pants were too sheer. Although the fit is perfect and I'm cinched in everywhere I want to be cinched in, they are just too sheer in the backside to wear out of the house. I am 5'5'', 130 pounds, and wouldn't say my backside is out of proportion with the rest of me. The pant is just too sheer. Unfortunately I'll have to return them.
