This does not fit like the other Spanx products I own. It is way too small. I even sized up because of other reviews, and it was still far too small. I would not recommend this product.

Order up a few sizes if you want to breathe in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Judy69TN I'm hard to fit. I love this product!
I'm 5'2" 112 lbs. I'm hard to fit. I'm a little OCD about perfection. I just had a full hysterectomy followed by a tummy tuck and muscle repair. I've tried fifteen pair for the perfect amount of binding or support without , too much or too little support. My favorite thing ever. I'm definitely going to tell everyone about these .

Rated 2 out of 5 by nana123 Doesn't stay tight
Its not really bad, but it will not stay tight on the tummy as it keeps rolling down which makes it uncomfortable when you have a dress on.

flat out isn't the right size. i suppose one shouldn't believe the hype and think that all my bulk would actually be shaped. i ordered the normal size i wear in underwear (xl, admittedly) and this is barely wearable, and produces marked rolls and muffin top (and bottom, actually, on my thighs, ironically) so, not sure what part of the description i missed, but it doesn't do for me what was promised. i understand i am large, but i thought that was the point. clearly, these things are for someone who merely has 10 extra pounds to compress, not 20, or 25.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BostonGirl82 Has some flaws
I must say, I LOVE the butt boost that this product provides. I was like, "Wow! Is that MY butt?". I couldn't believe the difference in terms of lift and roundness.
Now for the negatives:
1) I bought two identical shapers and one got a huge pantyhose-style run as I was putting it on for the first time. I was being careful, so I really don't know how that happened. I had to use nail polish to stop the bleeding, which was pretty tacky. That same garment acquired two or three holes at the seams within 4 wears. I feel like I wasted my money.
2) I have thick, muscular thighs, and you can clearly see where this shaper ends under most clothes. That is what I hate the most about any shaper that ends mid-thigh, and this one is no exception. This problem limits what I can wear the shaper with, including most of my jeans, which are the main reason I bought it. A knee-length shaper made just like this one would be perfect.
3) The waist rolls down if you move around a lot. My waist is pretty lean and my stomach is flat, so that may have caused some of the problem. Based on the way it's made, I suspect that it would stay in place over a big gut, so this problem may not apply to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MaleSupport OMG comfortable.
43" hips and a 35" waist (some belly fat) that I am working on, legs and butt of an ex-power lifter. About 190 pounds with a 43 inch chest. Went with large and get a little bit of waist roll that does not distract from the comfort to me. They were unusually easy for a shaper to get on while still damp out of the shower. The black is discrete to wear under pants at work. They are very flexible and can reach threw the pants zipper, pull down front to use restroom. Running or sitting, after initial adjustment, have the hold I am looking for. Came looking for comfortable / discrete hold for belly, and keep man parts from rubbing while moving during the day.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Amy8 It's great but....
I feel that it is great if I stand up and walk with these on. However, when I sit down...it starts to roll down! Perhaps I didn't get the right size? Am not sure..
