Rated 1 out of 5 by Not what I expected I ordered this in a medium per the size chart on the website (I'm 5'2" and 123 lbs.). Other than the band at the bottom, this gave me no compression at all, which is what I was looking for after having a singleton and then twins. I have the Chic Peek cami in a small, which fits/works but rolls up. I was hoping that ordering up a size might fix that issue and was disappointed that it did not. April 17, 2013

It slims around the middle well, and I wear it under slim fitting clothes. It does not ride up. I wear a bra underneath for added shape. It makes me feel more streamlined but does not make me feel constricted in any way. March 19, 2013

I would recommend for its ability to transform your clothing to looking smooth but quality wise I have seen better from Spanx. March 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by This product could be improved Because I've tried several cami's from the competitors, I thought I would give this one a try because of the SPANX name. However, it didn't live up to the others. For starters, it was too tight around the waist area. Second, there is no real bra support and it seems to press instead of lift. Because I do like the other SPANX products, I will give another cami a try to see if it impresses me. March 19, 2013
