Rated 2 out of 5 by why change what works!! I'm sure you've had that conversation with someone.....DON'T you hate when they discontinue the .........what ever was your favorite. I purchased the half slip many yrs ago. The thing that I loved the most is it didn't ride up, there was a small strip of some kind of light rubbery no slip on the hem of the slip...WHY on earth would you take that out? and after reading reviews they all had the same complaint, the slip rides up! I also would like to know why you would not recommend people to buy a size larger, I tell all my clients if you normally wear a med get a large so it isnt so tight. They actually work better a size larger so if you do have extra..... its not pinching it @ over flowing I love my spanx but I really wish they would bring back the no slip slip mine are really worn out and this slip slips! I'm going to have to look into some other brands. May 22, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sorry but the item is a disappointment The item is a disappointment because after the initial nice smooth holding in, a short while after, this half slip kept slipping/bunching upwards - especially after I sit down and then stand up. So instead of a half slip that covered my tummy (to keep it flattish) and 1/2 way down my thighs smoothly throughout the day under my skirt, in no time I was left wearing what was effectively a bunched up bandeau around my waist and belly area and I had to keep going to the ladies to adjust the 1/2 slip by pulling it down to cover the thighs. Of course I had waited too late to send it back, so I am kind of stuck with it. I might try another half slip at another time. March 19, 2013
