Rated 1 out of 5 by What happened???? Like the other reviewers, I have worn this product for YEARS. Most recently, they have come apart at the leg seam the very first time they were worn. I have some older ones that are in better shape than the newer ones I just purchased. Is there any recourse? These are too costly to wear only 1-2 times. May 24, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works! I found these to be the best of the "bicycle shorts" version of the Spanx - I wear these to work all summer long under skirts and they need to be comfortable. I found these to work well, be more comfortable than the "power panties" and the quality is fine. I have not had any issues after washing them. May 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very very satisfied My body shape is satisfactory (sports type, but where muscles were, now it's just loose skin) . I have problems with my tummy and with my inner thighs. I wore them and I am very satisfied with them. I wash them by hand after each wearing, and still they did not lose shape. Before any purchase I measure myself because, you wouldn`t believe, sometimes body is changing from month to month. Overall, this is my first Spanx and finally, after few years, I can wear my favorite skirts. I went thru miracle to get them and I am so happy that finally I can say: I got them :) May 15, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not your usual quality I have been wearing Spanx for years. The original panties held up very well and were very sturdy but the new product is a failure. Everything the reviews I just read is right on. The seam split right away and just continued to shred. It's too bad to expand your products when you lost the quality. What a shame. I have worn these too many times to expect recourse but will not be a customer in the future. I did also complain to Nordstrom's as that is where I purchased them. No satisfaction there either. Rated 1 out of 5 by Waste of money I purchased these from a local department store. Of course I was not allowed to try them on in the store. The sales clerk assured me I was purchasing the correct size for my weight. When I got them home and tried them on they were terrible. In order to get the crotch in the right location I had to pull the waist up so high that they were all the way up under my girls and the waist band rolled down. If I put the waist band where it should be, the crotch was a couple of inches lower than it should be and therefore very uncomfortable. What a waist of money! Totally unwearable! Thought these were supposed to feel like you weren't wearing them. That's a laugh! April 22, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Fell Apart Immediately I just read the reviews...after I emailed customer service to request some sort of compensation. I bought several of this product a couple of years ago, and had made the most recent purchase as a backup. The instant I pulled the new ones on, the right leg came apart at the thigh seam and the doubled-up fabric came rolling down. Before reading the reviews, I assumed I was just unfortunate in receiving a defective product... However, now it seems that the unraveling leg issue is common among almost all the reviewers here. Alas, I was unable to even get one good wear out of these. Hopefully the staff at Spanx is paying attention and will take steps to correct this flaw. In the meantime, I am hoping they will consider my request for a store credit even though I did not open the product until the return window had closed. $30 seems like a lot to spend on something that cannot even be used one time. Rated 3 out of 5 by A bit disappointing! I have been wearing spanx for 12 years now - Ever since I had children. I love the way the feel and shape and hide those little extra lbs. I have to say though I am disappointed eversince they changed the fabric. The old ones somehow held better. Theses new ones (I believe they changed the fabric 3-4 years ago) tend to rip very easily. I will still wear spanx but I'm not as happy as I used to be! April 10, 2013
