It feels snug at first but during out the day no bother at all it gives you support to the tummy and gives better posture.

This shirt has no obvious signs of being "shaping apparel" which makes it the perfect choice for wearing with Jeans, running shorts, or just out for the evening under a casual sport jacket. Doesn't have the support of the "active compression" but does a great job of making everything look firm and buff. I am athletic, avid bicyclist, runner but still don't have those abs of a 20 year old. This shirt makes it look like I do! Great addition to any wardrobe, whether you layer it or wear it alone it is an awesome shirt.

I've put on a few pounds and wanted to look good in a suit for my wedding reception. So I bought these and a boxer brief for an ensemble. Alas, I misread chest size for waist size in the handy fitting guide the web site provides. Needless to say, some fabric stretching was required to pull them on. Even a bit small, the fit was successfully slimming and the "love handles" disappeared. Once on, they were comfortable the entire evening. They'll come in handy once I've slimmed a bit more. So read well the chart, but even if you make my mistake, you may be able to get what you wanted anyway. It was too close to the date to exchange them, but I'm keeping them anyway for the future ...

Old age and old injuries eventually converge.This shirt creates good compression in the lower back area as well as all over the back that eases the the wear and tear on 18 holes. While it is tight going on, it seems to adjust and fit like a fine glove. I find I no longer "protect" my swing while wearing this shirt. Only downside I see is that if you get it wet with sweat, its a challenge to peel off. I own two of them now and consider them essential to golf or days when the back just needs a bit of support when out and enjoying the outdoors.

2 of the garmets I ordered were poorly made , the stiching came un-raveled . They were only a little over a month old and worn only a few times.
Product is way to pricey for this kind of life . A lesson learned .
