I am a full figured woman, and my stomach after two children makes me so insecure..This product gives me some confidence back, it smooths everything out, and holds it in without feeling to tight or uncomfortable. It doesn't make your stomach flat, but it definitely helps keep it all together and hide your trouble areas. The fit is perfect, it is a little long, but not a problem. The only bad thing I have to say about it is it's too long especially for a short person and the price is too high. It never goes on sale. Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed with my very first spanx purchase. :( I found that this garment cinched the waist too much without any gradual transition from the hips to the waist. It almost looked like there's a belt that was too tight underneath my shirt forming two distinct bulges on my torso. If I went one size higher, the tummy wouldn't have been flattened since there wasn't too much tummy control to begin with. I was very disappointed with my very spanx purchase. May 23, 2013

If I?m wearing a tight top, I end up having two distinct bulges caused by the garment being too tight on the waistline but nowhere else. I didn?t find that it flattened my tummy, just the waist. If I ordered one size bigger, then there would have been absolutely no effect on the front of the tummy. But one size smaller would have made me look like a Michelin-man since the waistline cinch was too exaggerated. I was really disappointed with my very first Spanx purchase. May 22, 2013
