Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect fit I read the other reviews after ordering this and was hoping not to experience the same problems. Happily, I didn't. It was a perfect fit and very comfortable. I am 5'2" and weigh 128 lbs. and didn't have to look down all night to see if my muffin top was showing. I am a first time Spanx wearer and couldn't be more pleased. May 30, 2013

It does make my stomach look flat but I was hoping it would bring my waist in a little. Overall, I would recommend it. It fits invisibly under garments and is pretty comfortable. Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but could be better... This shaper definitely does a great job of sucking you in and cinching in the waist, but a few adjustments could be made. For one it comes up very high. I'm 5'4" or so and this comes right up to the underwire from my bra. I pretty much have to tuck in into the underwire LOL. Also, its VERY high cut to the point where it really goes up into your lady bits, LOL! If the thong piece was shorter, it would be much better. I'm actually thinking about doing the adjustment myself, just cutting the thong and resewing it so its shorter and hopefully that'll make it more comfortable in the front. Not sure though! So, I do like this product for what it does, but it's just too long and highcut for me. April 29, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by The product is comfortable to wear all day long. I like the fact that the high rise panty flattens the tummy and smooths the muffin top. There is only one slight problem with it and that is the back has a tendency to slide down a bit. I would still recommend this high rise panty. It is definitely worth purchasing. March 22, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not the best I have tried all sorts of "body shaping" products. I figured since SPANX has such a huge following, that it couldn't fail. But, it did. I am rather small (size 2) and just needed something to make my tummy look a little tighter when wearing dresses or tight shirts. The spanx I purchased did absolutely nothing to make me look smaller or smoother...perhaps they were just too big, but I ordered the smallest size offered. March 22, 2013
