Rated 5 out of 5 by Would not wear a dress without it! I think I've probably tried out half of the Spanx line over the last few years. The Mama Spanx are true to size, comfortable, and they've grown WITH me over the last few weeks which is a good thing. They retain their shape well. I have nothing bad to say about them. I wore a size MEDIUM pre-pregnancy, so I purchased the MEDIUM Mama Spanx and they totally work. Spend the money...buy a nude pair and a black pair. You can't beat the real deal Spanx! Spanx...if you're listening... maybe you should also consider making a Mama Spanx shaper that extends upwards and offers the camisole function (a basic one piece shaper for preggos). Thank you! They come up high enough that you are not constantly pulling them up and they are low on the thigh so it doesn't make a funny line under your pants/dress on your leg. When I found out about these spanx I was thrilled, and bought them immediately. These spanx are AMAZING I am recommending them to every mother to be I know. They are not too tight. The material is light keeping you cool. It smooths out my backside making all my new dresses look 10X better! It doesn't leave that tight band around your legs. I am 5'6, 140LBS and in my 2nd trimester, I still have a small bump if that helps. There is definitely room to grow in these. I ordered size "B". You won't be sorry with this investment! May 10, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by have not tried on yet I have not tried this product on yet because I am not that far along. I bought it for a wedding this summer. I am a little disappointed that there is not the hole for using the bathroom. I figured with it being a product geared for pregnant women that this would be important. I know that I am using the bathroom a lot more then normal. I am not looking forward to taking this on and off each time I need to use that bathroom. Are there any products from Spanx for maternity that do have this feature? Thank you April 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Comfortable but not like normal spanx I use my spanx to have a nice curve on my back. No bulges and no bumps. So when I got pregnant and saw Power Mama, I expected the same material/effectiveness. Not the case. Its very comfortable in the front and the material is great to let the baby belly grow but the back just doesn't do the job. Ah well. March 27, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Power Mama Spanx I love the spanx. The only issue I had with it was that it slides down too much in the back. Meaning, when I pull it on....the band that goes under my bra, that material slides down quite a bit in my back and you could see the material bunched up through my t-shirt. When I wear my low jeans that's when it bothers. But, when I wear the high support jeans...the material from the jeans covers and smoothes it out a bit so it's not that big a deal. Thank you.
