Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed with quality In a previous review I wrote that I was very happy with this purchase, but I am reviewing again to say that after a second wearing I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Haute Contour Tights. By the middle of my second day wearing these, a small hole had appeared on the bottom of my left foot and both feet were showing signs of wearing out. I was wearing my office dress shoes and had been sitting down pretty much all day. Not only that, but I wear tights almost every day (San Francisco climate, conservative office space, and I love skirts) and have never had any pair wear out in this way before. Another pair of Spanxx tights I purchased with this same order ripped as I was putting them on this week (again, I wear tights every day and I've never had this happen), so on the whole I'm very disappointed with the brand, particularly for the expense. I ordered them a bit too big, so next time I will go down a size. I've lost some weight so I didn't realize I would need a smaller size. Extremely comfortable. Love this product March 23, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ripped During First Use I loved the idea of these because if you want to wear a mini skirt the control top always shows, these were perfect and I loved the color. To my dismay they ripped within 2 hours of wearing them. Nothing snagged them they just ripped up my front thigh. I was extremely disappointed given how expensive these are. I do not recommend. Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointing, actually So, while I do recommend this product because it did smooth my middle in a dress that really needed this, they were worthless after the 3rd wearing. I keep my tights in special containers so as not to damage or snag them, I wash them by hand and lay them on a towel to dry, again so they come in contact with nothing snaggy. After the first wearing, there was a huge run from down the front of my right hip. well, it could be hidden, so I clear nail polished it and stayed conscious of it all day, pulling the dress down to hide it. Next wear, two runs from the bottom of the left leg, too high to even hide in boots! These were NOT CHEAP. and I LOVE Spanx. But I just feel bilked of my $42. Hoping this was a one time disappointment. March 19, 2013

I have worn a lot of hosiery over the years but since I started working at Spanx I have fallen in love with the look and comfort of the Haute Contour tights. They never dig in, fall down or show lines under my mini skirts and I can always count on their buttery softness and rich color to add that extra something to any outfit! January 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by So comfortable, slimming and completely invisible! These are my favorite tights EVER! They're really powerful, super comfortable and stay completely invisible under clothes. The wide shaping belly band stays perfectly in place and doesn't roll at all. They're seamless so they look super sleek under clothes and won't create indentations. I love wearing these under shorter hemlines and winter shorts! January 14, 2013
