Rated 5 out of 5 instant...natural looking booty without surgery I was very skeptical about ordering such a high priced item. My goal was booty boosting and firming, and i must say that I am more than pleased with my purchase. I'm asian, 5'1" about 120 lbs. A (skinny) friend told me that spanx was amazing "it keeps you together". I must admit, I have my jiggly bits having had 2 children, and my bum is going south, despite my daily gluteal workouts. Slimmer & Shine has given my wardrobe a new lease on life. I'm now more confident in my clothes, and no more hiking up my pants because my booty pads help keep my pants right where they are supposed to be. The butt pads look natural, and the firmness in the hips and abdomen and thighs are perfect. I wear mine everyday! I now have 3 pairs. I'm able to wear panties underneath the spanx...and no panty lines. I wear mine without the bra straps because I have a short torso and the straps are too long, but no need for them anyhow. I work 12 hour shifts and after the first week my body has acclimated to the firmness. Please allot an extra few minutes when using the restroom because the butt pads do need to be adjusted every time it is pulled down, but not a big deal at all. The only time i don't wear my spanx is when i'm in bed. My husband confirms that the look is natural and not even noticeable under my clothes. Now i'm wondering what i'm going to do when summer rolls around. After all, shorts will not conceal the length of the spanx, and what about blouses that may show some midriff? Rated 1 out of 5 by Overall very uncomfortable So, I must have missed something in the description. Because I was surprised that this pair of spanx came with butt inserts. I don't get why shapewear would come with extra padding in the rear. I took the inserts out, and shimmied my way into my new spanx. The straps that hook onto your bra were quite a challenge and I had to ask my husband for help. Twenty minutes later - the straps were connected. Once strapped in, I turned around, only to see that the 'pockets' where the butt inserts go had somehow opened. Leaving areas of my rear less supported than the rest. This left a very awkward situation - my husband (the hero of this story) had to help me to close the pockets so that my booty received even support! Now, I selected this pair of spanx because I thought those straps would help them to stay up. Unfortunately, nothing was going to help them stay up. I was pleased that they did not roll down. But they did slide down. I found myself going to the ladies room multiple times to adjust them. Those butt insert pockets were also a problem. As I found that they re-opened as well. I had to try to adjust those multiple times as well. I double and triple checked the sizing to make sure I hadn't bought spanx that were either too large or too small. According to the size chart - I bought the correct size. Yet I couldn't keep them up to save my life! I do not recommend this product - ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE PRICE. I am very sad to have wasted a hundred dollars on these. March 28, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Lukewarm Response The bodysuit makes me look somewhat thinner, and clothes fit better around my waist and thighs, BUT, I have couple of problems with this product. It seems to pull in the fat around the sides of my hips better than it does the fat at my belly, so my belly continues to stick out more than I thought it would. I think the company needs to figure out how to put the "super duper" control area right where the belly pouch is. Secondly, and this drives me crazy to the point where I no longer wear the body suit, the top rolls down constantly causing a "roll" around my torso under my top. Not only is it uncomfortable, it makes me self-conscious and somewhat concerned about the bodysuit nearly all of the time when I 'm wearing it. Even though there are straps that go over your bra, they don't work to keep the top of the bodysuit from rolling down, and the bodysuit straps also pull on my bra, which causes more discomfort and a less attractive overall look. And, finally, WHAT A PAIN WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. Every time I would have to go it would take me ten minutes to reassemble those straps that go around my bra. Sure, the bodysuit has an opening at the crotch through which one supposedly can can urinate, but it doesn't work. First of all, I wear panties with the bodysuit because I like a cotton breathable panty around my unmentionables, and also because the urine stream would definitely end up hitting the bodysuit at some point, which is just gross. The bottom line is I don't wear it anymore, so it was a waste of money for me. If is were easier to wear without the rolling of the top I'd wear it often. And if it also held my belly in more, I'd order three more! March 1, 2013
