Rated 2 out of 5 by to tight around thighs it fit very nicely around my wait, but it was to tight abound the upper thighs/hips and made a roll, so bad that I'm not sure how I can ever wear this, maybe with jeans. I bought it for a short dress but I couldn't use it because of the roll issue. I would not recommend this unless you had no fat on your thighs and hips. March 19, 2013
