I wear them under shorts or on their own. I am 5'8, 155 lbs. and a medium is a perfect fit. Baby belly / C-section issue is almost fixed with these pants...as fixed as it can be with clothes... I purchased the compression knee pants with the intent of wearing them to the gym as workout pants, but my mom and husband both agreed they were a bit too see through. Fit is great, comfortable and they make me look fantastic! I work out everyday and these are perfect for that....no giggle or wiggle. Would highly recommend.
