The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In-Stock" or "Backorder." Lucky for you, most items on www.spanx.com are In-Stock and ready to ship direct to your front door. Occasionally we have customer favorites that are temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). For more information, please read the details below.
Please note: expected shipment times are based on when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. However, you may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Here's an example: If you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, not including federal holidays in the United States.
Backorder Items (Advance/Pre-Sell)
Backorder items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site. We know how much you want your new SPANX and we will be the first to say, "We're Sorry!" A Backorder item that you may order is shipped directly to you once it's back in stock. We'll let you know the status of your item(s) via e-mail. You can find the expected shipment time (for example, "Advance/Pre-Sell: Leaves warehouse in 21-28 business days.") on the Product Detail page.
