How long will it take for me to get my Spanx products?

Again, it depends on the country you would like to ship to! Most international orders will arrive within 2 - 4 days of purchase. At this time, express air is the only option for international orders excluding Canada. Canadian customers have 3 options:

Standard delivery for Purolator ground is 3 - 8 business days.

Standard delivery for Purolator air is 2 - 3 business days.

Standard delivery for Canada Post is 7 - 10 business days.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

Any order shipped internationally is subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected during checkout.

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

Can I return my online purchase to a store?

All items purchased on Spanx.com can only be returned by mail. At this time we do not accept in-store returns.

Can I expedite my shipping?

At this time, only Canadian shipping has expedited options. All other international orders will be processed via express air.
