Keep your chest at its best by getting your girls in the right size bra! Your chest size can differ from year to year, so it's important to measure yourself every six months or so.
Let's see how you measure up. Follow these 3 easy steps and voilà, you'll have the right-fitting bra! |

| |  | In a non-padded bra, stand up tall with your arms at your side. Take a deep breath and let it all out — you want this measurement to be as accurate and air-free as possible. Now with the measuring tape parallel to the ground, measure the band that runs around your ribcage, just under your bust. Round this measurement up or down to the nearest whole number.
• If the measurement is even, add 4" • If the measurement is odd, add 5"

| |  | With the measuring tape perpendicular to the ground, measure from apex to bottom of the breast. Round up or down to the nearest whole number.

| | Take your Band Size calculation from Step 1 and your determined Cup Size from Step 2 — put 'em together and what do you get? Your bra size!
Example:
Step 1: 34" (under-bust measurement) + 4" = 38" Band Size
Step 2: 2 ¾" (measurement from apex to bottom of breast) = 3" (rounded to nearest whole number) = Cup Size C
Step 3: Your bra size is 38C!

 You've found your size, now make sure it fits with these helpful hints:• Bust and band do not go hand in hand. Just because you're busty does not mean you will need a bigger band size - the cup size is where volume counts.
• Your cups should be full but should not runneth over. If you're spilling over the sides, it's time to re-measure.
