Keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor and your posture straight as can be, measure the fullest part of your bust
(most likely this will be around your back and across the nipple line) and round to the nearest whole number.
Now, subtract your band measurement (Step 1) from your bust measurement (Step 2). The difference between the two measurements will determine your
cup size. (Generally, each inch represents a cup size.) Your calculation from Step 1 represents your band size.
