Really happy I bought the Power Momma Spanx.
They give that added confidence while walking around with an ever hanging pregnant body.
They could be a little more snug on the sides but other than that they are great!

I bought these to wear under a specific dress for a wedding. My biggest concern was not worrying about a panty line and having a nice smooth figure (besides my bump). I didn't necessarily need anything to look smaller, just smoother. They are very comfortable, especially over my belly. My only small complaint would be that you have to pull them up and down to use the restroom, which normally wouldn't be a big deal but it was incredibly hot when I wore them and everything is harder to maneuver when you're hot and sticky... I have another wedding to wear them to (hopefully it will be cooler by then). I definitely want to add that they did not make me hot, sweaty or sticky at all. Anything worn would of given me a problem in the heat. I would 100% recommend them!
* When ordering I was right in between two sizes. I contacted the company to see if I should order my normal size (before pregnancy) or move up a size (weight while pregnant). They recommended going up a size. I'm glad that I did, they fit perfectly and gave me the smooth line I wanted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MrsTyGri13 A must have
During pregnancy, women feel a bit inadequate, unattractive, and down right "huge". At least I do:) But I always wore a spanx and just could not imagine not having one on during pregnancy, although I knew a regular spanx was not safe for my growing baby's health. I looked online and saw this product and although skeptical, I purchased it. BEST PURCHASE EVER!!! I love it. I holds and flatters. And I feel so pretty and secure with it on. It is very comfortable and it grows as my belly grows. A must have for all Spanx wearing expecting mothers.

Those comfy knit maternity dresses are even better when you smooth the underneath. These aren't so tight that you can't wait to take them off. They provide a great support for my lower bump and back while making my backside look great! Highly recommended.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Linguy Good, but a little pricey
I've only worn the spanx power mama a couple of times so far and have enjoyed the way they feel. I'm about 5'6 and when I ordered them I was 217 lbs (7 months pregnant). My only fear is getting a run in the material that goes over the belly, and noticed the start of one already. I'm sure a run won't affect the product, but sure wish it was a little better. The fit of the thighs is tight, but not uncomfortable. Only catch is if you have them pulled up to high then you get that funny indent look. It also states they can be worn alone as underware, and it may just be me, but it feels to funny to not have underware on. Plus I only have 2 pairs and wear them almost daily, so I need to keep them half decent before the end of the week. I would own more if the price was a little lower.

Fits comfortably but the belly panel ran after the second wear.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MamaOfThree Comfy on Belly, not tight enough on fatty areas
The maternity spanx are obviously not as constricting as the regular ones. I didn't realize that when I purchased them. They are very comfy on the belly with plenty of room - I wasn't uncomfortable. But the cons are: they aren't tight enough on the areas you want them to be. I have love handles that they didn't really do much for AND there's no slit/hole for using the restroom. Considering I'm in my 3rd trimester and have to use the restroom frequently, taking these things on and off 10x a night at a party isn't ideal.
